As a Customer Service Advisor at 4Com, you will be responsible for providing telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their systems. You will support the technical teams where required and rectify any 1st line faults in a professional and timely manner, providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

As a Customer Service Advisor further responsibilities will also include:
12. Provide 1st line telephone support to our customers in order to maintain their systems and ensure that the customer is satisfied.
13. Obtain referrals from satisfied customers and pass to the upgrades team.
14. Report 3rd party faults and pass to the relevant department where necessary.
15. Support the technical team in additional areas where required.
16. Carry out general administration duties such as filling, logging calls, database administration etc.
In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:
17. An excellent and confident telephone manner.
18. Previous experience in an inbound call centre or a customer facing role.
19. Prior exposure to telecoms/IT (preferred but not essential.
20. Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
21. Strong organisational skills and shows enthusiasm to all duties.
22. Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
23. Previous experience in an inbound call centre or a customer facing role.
