Job summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Assistant Manager for the Living Well Hub in Warrington town centre. The Hub project is a unique attempt to deliver a true integrated care facility for the benefit of the whole health, care and wellbeing system across Warrington. It is a ground-breaking, collaborative project that brings together provider partners from across physical and mental health, social care and the voluntary and charity sector. As an Assistant Manager of the Living Well Hub you will play a key role in the co-ordination and facilitation of integrated health, care and wellbeing services across multiple provider organisations. You will support the Living Well Hub General Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the Hub, working alongside a range of clinical and non-clinical teams delivering services from the building to ensure the smooth, safe and effective delivery of those services. The role will work closely with Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, who will act as the lead tenant for the building. The role will also work closely with other public sector and third sector organisations to maximise health and wellbeing outcomes for the people of Warrington. An integral part of this role will be to ensure the safe and efficient running of the Hub, along with continued customer satisfaction and full utilisation of services and space. Subject to AFC Banding Main duties of the job The Assistant Manager is critical to the delivery of the Hub vision through: Ensuring effective and efficient site management so that the site meets the requirements of both patients and service providers. Holding 'good conversations' with members of the public making use of the Hub and providing relevant information, advice and guidance where appropriate. Maximising utilisation of the site, so that the space is fully utilised throughout its working hours, ensuring best value for public sector assets. Facilitating collaboration and an integrated approach between services both within the site and in the local community. Engaging local people and organisations so the site becomes a key community Hub, connected into, and working 'in sync' with a wider network of public assets across Warrington. The role will be a busy and varied role requiring you to multi-task and to work to deadlines. It will demand a high level of interaction with multiple stakeholders, including staff and service users, therefore an ability to build and maintain excellent relationships across a wide group of partners will be essential. Reporting into the Living Well Hub General Manager, you will represent the Hub as a key administrator; requiring excellent skills in handling data and particularly communicating with members of the public. You must be proactive and flexible in your approach to your duties and be able to work with minimum supervision.
