At Severn Trent, we're embarking on an exciting £415m project to replace 870 miles of old water pipes across the Midlands - and we want you to be part of it. This is the biggest investment in water infrastructure in the region in a decade and it is set to improve water quality, reduce leaks and make water supply more reliable for millions of people. The new pipes we are installing will last up to 100 years. To bring this vision to life, we are creating new jobs across the region with your location being in Birmingham, Nottingham, or anywhere in between. We've got opportunities for you to help shape the future of water in the Midlands. We are looking for a Standards and Compliance Specialist to join our team and be responsible for creating and embedding SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), SSOWs (Safe Systems of Work), and Risk Assessments for operations, equipment, and processes across the mains renewal structure.
