Our client, a reputable and expanding components manufacturer in the automotive components sector, is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join their vibrant team.
The Role:
In this homebased position, reporting directly to the European Sales Director, you will enjoy significant flexibility, primarily working from home when not visiting clients or meeting colleagues.
As the Key Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include driving revenue growth and enhancing relationships with a portfolio of established Automotive OEM accounts.

* Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to increase revenue and profitability by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts, consistently surpassing sales targets.
* Team Player: Experience collaborating with internal teams to create client strategies that strengthen the company's competitive position.

* Project Management Expertise: Managing the execution of new projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
* Client Advocate: Actively managing client relationships to achieve industry-leading customer satisfaction.
* Needs Assessor: Identifying and addressing client requirements, coordinating effectively with relevant internal teams.
* Contract Specialist: Overseeing the development of programme contracts and specifications, ensuring alignment with the company’s programme initiation process.
* Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in competitive automotive components settings.
* Natural Leader: Motivated to drive revenue growth and uncover new opportunities.
