About The Role
I’m currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated PPC Executive to join our Paid Media team after a very successful start to the year. In this role, you’ll manage and optimise PPC campaigns for a diverse range of clients in both e-commerce and lead generation (B2B, B2C & DTC) - with budgets up to £200,000 per month, and gain valuable knowledge and experience in the ever-evolving world of digital advertising.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in a client-facing capacity - where you’ll manage expectations, deliver strategic recommendations, and regularly communicate campaign results. You’ll be directly involved in client collaboration, ensuring campaigns align with their goals and driving measurable business outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on big-name accounts, taking a data-driven approach to performance, and bringing innovative ideas to the table. We want a go-getter who can dive straight in and make an impact from day one.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage effective PPC campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads.
* Leverage data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, working with attribution models, conversion tracking, and custom dashboards to report on KPIs.
* Think beyond the basics and bring creative solutions to improve Google Ads performance, leveraging dynamic remarketing, feed-based advertising, and first-party data.
* Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify optimal targeting opportunities.
* Develop creative ad copy and optimise landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
* Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimise campaigns and improve performance.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging PPC tools and technologies.
* Regularly communicate and build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, provide performance reports, and address any concerns.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
* 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, specifically with Google Ads, preferably in an agency or in-house.
* Experience managing large budgets (up to £100,000 per month) and working with diverse clients across industries.
* Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Advertising.
* Experience with conversion tracking setup, attribution models, and troubleshooting discrepancies in tracking systems.
* Experience with different account structures, Performance Max, and scripts.
* Highly proficient in Excel understanding how to use VLOOKUPs and a range of relevant formulas.
* Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve campaign objectives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay up to date with industry trends.
* Google Ads certifications (Fundamentals, Search, Display, Video) are essential.
