Role Overview:

As an Account Manager in the EMEA Brand team for Gucci, you will support on the planning and handling of the Gucci EMEA account. You will build and own relationships with your client and industry stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. You will be a trusted advisor. You will manage & monitor the workload of a team, as well as help to develop their skill sets. You will create the opportunity for strategy and specialists to contribute fully and drive collaboration across the teams.
Key Accountabilities:
* Manages day to day communication with client across Offline media channels, ensuring client is up to date with all briefs and activity daily.
* Maintains detailed media plans across Publishing and OOH, working with direct reports to manage all deadlines and ensuring quality control.
* Ensures that channel briefs are effective, oversees the delivery of ongoing media plans and works with specialist teams to ensure success.
* Reviews and adapts client plans using understanding of the clients’ business through innovation and different and better ways of working.
* Supports Associate Director / Client Partner to deliver solutions to client briefs that clients are going to see as innovative and creative.
* Effectively manages the workloads and quality standards of team members, using a coach approach to support their development and independence.
* Allocates team resource to ensure delivery of data, information, and projects. Ensures team members receive feedback, performance reviews, and career development plans in a timely and impactful manner.
* Coordinates invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed; Oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
* Deep understanding of client’s products and services to enable the delivery of innovative, ambitious, strategic & commercial plans which are also effective ensuring that business targets and KPI’s are met.
* Immerses self and team in clients’ business: understanding their challenges, objectives, the external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats and relevant partner agencies; knows their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like.
