Job Title: Oracle Integration Delivery Manager

Rossera is a rapidly growing technology company specialising in Oracle Cloud. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Delivery Manager to join our organisation. This is a pivotal role responsible for assuring and overseeing integration strategies for large-scale Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite implementations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Oracle integration strategy, team leadership, and technical problem management to ensure seamless connectivity across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development, review, and assurance of integration strategies for Oracle Fusion and Oracle E-Business Suite implementations.
* Catalogue legacy client integration suites and manage transition to Oracle Fusion and related PaaS technologies.
* Manage the design, review, assurance and implementation of end-to-end integration architectures that enable smooth interaction between Oracle systems and third-party applications.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to gather integration requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
* Collaborate with third parties ensure secure connectivity and access to third party end-points.
* Oversee the entire integration lifecycle, from strategy and design to testing, deployment, and optimisation.
* Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and alignment with the organisation’s technical, security and business goals.
* Manage and mentor a team of integration specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
* Manage and maintain documentation for integration strategy, architecture designs, and operational guidelines, fostering consistency and reuse.
* Identify and address potential risks, ensuring robust and scalable integration solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in integration management or delivery ideally within Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite environments.
* Familiarity with the capabilities and functionality of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or SOA Suite (or other Oracle integration tooling).
* High level familiarity of best practice integration architecture, technologies and security.
* High level familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite functionality.
* Proven experience in leading large-scale integration projects.
* Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
* Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams and ensure timely delivery of integration initiatives.
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
