Graduate Power Systems Engineer Job Purpose: Responsible for specifying, designing, assembling, testing, installing, and commissioning electrical control systems, with a focus on power systems. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and internal processes. Pre-sale evaluation: assess customer requirements, preliminary design of solutions, major component selection, and cost estimation. Post-sale: finalize design concept, detailed electrical system design, software programming, and hardware assembly. Install and commission power systems at customer sites. Contribute to continuous improvement. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Minimum 2:1 in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on Power Electronics or Power Systems. Relevant undergraduate placement experience. Passion for power systems and electrical control systems. Personal Qualities: Team player with strong initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Confident, proactive, organized, adaptable, and a reliable problem solver. Hands-on attitude and enthusiasm.
