Chichester College Group have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Student Wellbeing Officer at our Chichester College. You will join us on a Full-time (37 hours per week, 36 weeks per year), permanent basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary pro rata of £26,716 to £29,196 per annum (i.e. £22,194.83 - £24,255.14).
The Student Wellbeing Officer role:
As a Student Wellbeing Officer, you will provide support to students with a range of health and wellbeing needs; assist on the delivery of the Mental Health Strategy and be a member of the Safeguarding Team, which includes being duty officer on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities of ourStudent Wellbeing Officer:
1. Providing 1 to 1 and small group support to a caseload of students with a range of mental health, physical health and social wellbeing needs.
2. Assisting in the delivery of the Group’s Mental Health Strategy, arranging a series of events and opportunities for students in response to changing local and national wellbeing priorities.
3. Assisting in the delivery of communications to students on wellbeing and wellbeing issues.
