We have an exciting opportunity for an HRBP to join our fast-growing Energy Consultancy business and embark on an HR transformation journey with us.
This role will report to the Head of HR, be responsible for leading key HR projects and supporting HR operations in the UK. You will work closely with the broader global HR team to ensure we are providing a high-quality HR service.
Purpose of the Role
As a key member of the HR Operations Team, you will work closely with senior managers to deliver a quality HR service to the UK region.
Your responsibilities will encompass delivering a wide array of HR services to support the UK region, while ensuring that key projects and initiatives are closely aligned with Xodus' vision and goals.
As an HRBP, you will support the embedding of best HR practice in employment relation issues, employee engagement, employee wellbeing, people strategy, diversity & inclusion and talent management; to make a positive impact in key areas such as resourcing, retention, wellbeing, performance management, and reward & recognition, whilst ensuring fairness and inclusion to drive key objectives and succeed in maintaining employee engagement.
You will be an integral part of the HR Operations Team, delivering a high-quality HR service helping us achieve our Vision 27 ambition of making Xodus The place to work.
Additional responsibilities will include:
* Supporting annual benefits renewals and salary reviews
* Supporting the Employee Engagement Survey
* Providing HR advice to managers and employees
* Compliance management.
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Behaviours
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in the way we work.

* Strong ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
* Strive for continuous improvement in HR processes continually looking to create efficiencies.
* General knowledge of UK employment law and practices.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to prepare written reports, presentations, policies, and other documents as required.
* Self-driven with strong organisation skills.
* Experience in data analysis, reporting and problem solving.
* Previous experience at HRBP level is essential.

How we work
This role can be based in any of our UK offices and the hours can be worked flexibly across the week. Xodus employees attend the office at least twice a week and have the freedom to work flexibly.
