About the Role
The role sits within our Technical Services team where you will provide technology and data consultancy to clients covering areas including ad technology, web analytics, conversion optimisation, technology/data integration and data management.
The work will encompass digital adtech/martech operations; the project management, trafficking, quality assurance and monitoring of lead generation campaigns for clients both internal and external.
You will learn everything you need to know about our software and how to use it. You will however need to bring with you an appreciation for technology and a basic understanding of data-driven marketing from day one.
This is a hybrid role, and you will need to balance working from home and working in our Angel, London hub office as required. The team currently work in the office at least twice a week, however you may be required to attend the office more frequently during your probation period.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building strong client and publisher relationships: effectively communicating and handling onboarding and ongoing queries.
* Providing data extraction, reporting and analysis to clients in accordance with our processes.
* Assisting sales and account management teams on conference calls/meetings with clients.
* Providing technical support on the Leadscale Engine software platform in accordance with our processes including campaign setup and modification, user management, creative development and system integrations.
* The production of internal and external support documentation in accordance with management requirements.
ISO 27001 Information Security Responsibilities:
* Complying with our Leadscale Engine ISO 27001 ISMS and related policies.
* Reporting information security vulnerabilities, events, and incidents in line with the ISMS incident reporting process.
What we are looking for in you:
Essential
* Experience or familiarity with digital marketing tools.
* A foundational understanding of data-driven marketing.
* A keen interest in technology, with a 'digitally native' mindset and the ability to quickly learn new platforms and processes.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Good numeracy skills.
* Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word. You can handle basic Excel reporting and calculations without breaking a sweat.
* A methodical approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* A friendly and collaborative attitude, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
* A proactive mindset focused on adding value for internal and external customers by understanding and exceeding their needs.
* A willingness to learn and share knowledge.
* A results-driven approach with a focus on performance.
* Minimum Level 3 qualifications (e.g., A-levels or an advanced apprenticeship) or equivalent.
* You should have the right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Desirable
* Experience in the digital marketing space.
* Experience of using and configuring online platforms such as SalesForce/Wordpress/Google Adwords
* Basic knowledge of HTML/Javascript/Jquery.
