The post holder will be expected to work as a key member of the Continual Service Improvement team, providing coordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a team player to work as a key member of the Continual Service Improvement team, providing coordination and delivery of transformational programmes and projects, building a culture of continual service improvement.
Working with the Continual Service Improvement Lead, the Development Support Manager will assist with the development and implementation of large-scale change management programmes and improvement projects.
They will have sound working knowledge and experience of using a project management approach, producing complex programme plans, quality assurance, and project documentation. They will have excellent communication and prioritisation skills with an ability to engage with a wide range of teams across organisations.
The postholder will be expected to work at any location within the Trust footprint and will reach out to a number of partner agencies to deliver the project objectives.

Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant qualification, or demonstrable experience
* 5 GCSEs including English and Maths or equivalent standard of education with an emphasis on numeracy and literacy
* Prince 2 or related project management qualification e.g. QSIR
Experience
* Consolidated demonstrable supervisory or line management experience.
* Experience of project/change management
* Experience of effective problem-solving and meeting deadlines
