Our Client
We are delighted to be working with a highly reputable Children's Residential Home Provider, in their search for an Operations Manager, to support 6 regional homes across the West Midlands.
A well-established provider of Ofsted Regulated Children’s Residential Homes, they have 6 homes in the region, and have ambitious plans to add new homes to their portfolio, and are passionate about delivering further outstanding care.

This is a brand new position for a growing organisation that is committed to developing further services in the future.
As Operations Manager, you will work in close connection with Operations & Managing Directors, to oversee 6 homes in West Midlands (Leicester, Wolverhampton, Derby).
You’ll have a strong and dedicated team around you, to contribute to service delivery and transforming the lives of young people. All staff are professionally qualified or working towards qualifications in therapeutic care practice, to enable them to support the practical, physical, and emotional needs of young people.
