Job Description
As an Assistant Director of Educational Services, you will play a key role in supporting the Education Manager in the development and implementation of our curriculum. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver Functional Skills, Personal & Social Development, and work-based programmes to meet the needs of our learners and employers.
You will work closely with the Education Manager to ensure that our curriculum meets the required standards and is delivered in a way that meets the needs of our learners and employers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement curriculum plans in collaboration with the Education Manager
* Liaise with learners and employers to understand their needs and preferences
* Deliver high-quality training programmes that meet the required standards
Requirements:
* Degree in Education or related field
* Experience in education management or teaching
* Strong communication and leadership skills
