The Role:
As Quality Manager, you’ll lead the Quality Control team and be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained across the factory floor. This role is key to delivering on customer expectations, managing technical compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the QC team on the factory floor to ensure adherence to internal and customer-specific quality standards.
2. Ensure site compliance with BRCGS and customer accreditation standards.
3. Support the quality assessment of raw materials, goods in storage, and throughout the production process, ensuring specifications are met and traceability is maintained.
