Responsibilities:
1. End to end administration support, including employee personal files and other key documentation.
2. Support with HR tasks as required.
3. Management of access pass allocation and system ownership.
4. Superuser of employee time and attendance system.
5. Supporting receptionist duties to cover lunches and holidays (answering switchboard, welcoming visitors).
6. Support recruitment team with campaigns, job adverts, and scheduling interviews.
7. Supporting learning and development function with course admin and joining instructions.
8. Support wider people team with daily administration and allocation of relevant department mailboxes.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent organisation and time management skills.
2. Efficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills through verbal, face to face and written channels.
4. Ability to take ownership of systems.
5. Ability to prioritise tasks and perform to a high level in a dynamic, fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
