An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and professional individual to join the CrossCountry in Birmingham as a Team Organiser. This position is responsible for providing the Customer Service Managers at Birmingham with administrative support. You will oversee the running of the office, ensuring it runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively at all times. You will be expected to be an ambassador to CrossCountry both internally and externally. You will work in partnership with the team in Birmingham to ensure that they receive the administrative support required. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, be people focused and have a flexible approach to work. The key duties include but are not limited to: Updating notices, rosters, engineering work notices and internal communications, Monitoring signature sheets for safety critical notices / items, Weekly attendance sheets for management and ad hoc staff for payroll, Order Train Crew and cleaning staff uniform and equipment, Reporting IT and facilities faults, making sure problems are resolved within acceptable time scale, Taking notes at Disciplinary Hearings and various meetings such as Managing For Attendance etc, Medication checks for employee’s through Optima. Arrange purchase orders through Oracle. Provide administrative support to managers to assist them in managing the team. Produce reports and management information. Perform other tasks to support local Management Team, e.g. booking hotels & assisting new starters, car park permits. Arrange mobile phones and maintenance/usage of Driver tablets for staff as necessary. Supporting sickness monitoring with the local management team. Supporting local management team with performance management both internally and externally. Printing and posting of daily and weekly appearance sheets on behalf of all grades.
