Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. Utilise various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a diverse pipeline of qualified talent. Attending recruitment fairs, career fairs and career open days to raise CCS profile. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates.
