Job Title: Senior Finance Manager A little bit about our team: Warner Music's EMEA Shared Service Centre is the home to the financial, tax and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our European Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. Your role: Statutory Accounting & Audit Support - Prepare and oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in compliance with IFRS, FRS 102, and GAAP. - Liaise with external auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process and timely resolution of queries. - Ensure all financial reporting complies with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. - Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities as required. - Partner with the internal tax team to ensure full compliance with tax laws across multiple jurisdictions. - Extract and analyse financial data from various business units to support transfer pricing calculations and decision-making. Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory - Work closely with global finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany accounting and reconciliation. - Provide guidance and training to international affiliates on intercompany and other relevant policies and regulatory requirements. - Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors, providing documentation and explanations as required. About you: Accounting Expertise: - In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, FRS 102, GAAP) - Experience in preparing statutory accounts and regulatory filings. Analytical Skills & Technical Skills: - Strong data analysis and financial modelling skills. - Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools (SAP S4 experience preferred). Communication & Stakeholder Management: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, legal, and external advisors. Project Management & Leadership: - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in audit liaison and process improvement initiatives.
