Experience of a broad range of commercial property litigation matters is essential – the successful applicant will be dealing with a varied caseload including disputes relating to landlord and tenant matters, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light. Their clients are similarly varied and range across sectors meaning that there is real variety to the job from day to day.
