At HH Hunters, we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for our hotels in the UK.
The selected candidate will be responsible for securing new bookings—especially group and long-stay reservations—managing relationships with current clients, and identifying growth opportunities in the budget accommodation market.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop sales strategies focused on both group and individual bookings
* Negotiate contracts with agencies, groups, and corporate clients
* Assist with group inquiries and manage the client database
* Represent the company at industry fairs and events
* Coordinate with operations and marketing teams
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
* Knowledge of the hostel, backpacker, and international traveler segment
* Strong negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
* Proficient in office software and booking systems
* Willingness to travel
