About the Role
We are seeking a flexible and reliable Bank Domestic Assistant to support our team in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. This flexible role allows you to work as and when required, helping to cover staff absences and busy periods.
Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring all areas of the home are kept clean, tidy, and hygienic.
Following cleaning schedules and infection control procedures.
Supporting the laundry service, including washing and presenting residents’ clothing and linens to a high standard.
Reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
Assisting with room preparation and contributing to special events and seasonal decorations.

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rate is for shifts worked from 1st April 2025.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or laundry services (professional or domestic).
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents.
