You act as Digital Transformation Agent to help our customers in their Digital Transformation Journey regarding Print, Copy and Scan.Canon aims to accelerate our customers’ business by delivering superior solutions, enhancing Canons’ and our customers’ competitive edge. You understand customers’ business needs and are able to translate them into a functional design to aid and support the sales cycle and create value for our customers.You are responsible to drive the introduction of new software product launches, and enable and coach Presales Consultants and Delivery teams in our National Sales Organisations (NSO’s) to deliver and support both standardised and complex customer solutions.What we giveAs an EMEA Solution Consultant you are part of the Professional Service team which is in our Service & Support organization. You will be responsible for:Contribute to the strategic roadmap and product portfolio by identifying and proposing solutions that lead to operational excellence for our customers.Understand and confirm customer requirements; develop Canon offering to meet customer requirements to get the most out of their digital print and scan workflow, supporting their Workspace productivity.Enable and coach NSOs to deliver and support both standardised and complex customer solutions effectively, with sustainable and high added value. Both with Presales and Implementation.Develop, improve and share best practices, both for the central Professional Services team and the NSOs.Develop webinars, training and documentation to support the launch and updates of Canon products, services and solutions.Support NSOs with skills, knowledge, and local customer implementation projects. What we askAs an EMEA Solutions Consultant you should bring: Bachelor or Master degree. Minimal 5 years of experience in customer facing IT consultancy and technical presales role, including SaaS & On-Premise delivery models.An excellent understanding of Digital Transformation, IT infrastructure and Information Security concepts.
