The Role As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team, focusing on outbound prospecting, telesales, and building a pipeline of potential clients. This role is ideal for individuals with little to no prior broker experience who are eager to kickstart their career in financial services. With a structured progression plan, you will gradually shift from prospecting-focused responsibilities to managing deals and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound sales activities, including telesales, prospecting, and building relationships with potential clients. • Develop a solid understanding of various financial products such as asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance. • Research and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline. • Present tailored finance solutions to meet client needs. • Collaborate with the sales support team to prepare and submit compelling proposals and applications. • Continuously enhance your knowledge of the financial industry, products, and market trends. Progression Plan: • First 3–6 months: 90% prospecting, 10% deals. • 6–12 months: 60% prospecting, 40% deals. • 12–24 months: 20% prospecting, 80% deals.
