CMA HR Division are assisting a Public Services organisation in Portsmouth to recruit a HR Officer for a 12 month fixed term contract, based on term time working.
This is a varied role which will be reporting to the HR Manager and be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the HR team.
What will the HR Officer role involve?
* Providing oversight and supervision of all HR functions.
* Ensuring that mandatory training is undertaken.
* Assisting with payroll, checking sickness, absences, issuing starts and leavers.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and process HR documentation.
Suitable Candidate for HR Officer vacancy:
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
* Experience working within a HR team/generalist role.
* Able to commence employment at short notice, although candidates on a month's notice will also be considered.
