About the role As Senior Product & Proposition Manager, you will manage regulated funding products and develop customer-centred propositions, driving your products' success. As subject matter expert, you will liaise with senior stakeholders and colleagues across Arval, including internationally, to influence and lead the evolution and innovation of your products and propositions. You'll maintain excellent awareness of the market and customer needs, creating product roadmaps underpinned by insight to support Arval's commercial strategy and plans, leading delivery and monitoring performance. You'll demonstrate your leadership skills, using your product management experience to coach and mentor others in the team, and taking ownership of projects and product families as required. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Managing product performance aligned to business objectives and commercial forecasts, producing performance dashboards/scorecards Creating visibility of opportunities and risks, developing benefits cases and leading the delivery of cross-functional action plans Ensuring ongoing product compliance with current governance and regulation, including Consumer Duty, through product reviews, fair value assessments and other governance, ensuring we deliver fair value and good customer outcomes Developing roadmaps for your products and partnering across the business to deliver your plans Managing your products in line with our product lifecycle governance processes and best practice, including developing target markets, gathering customer insights, and attending relevant approval and monitoring committees Acting as a Product business partner Overseeing product families and programmes of work Taking a lead role in driving the Product function forward, developing our practice and acting as an ambassador for the team What we're looking for Influence and credibility are at the core of this Senior Product and Proposition Manager role. You'll be working closely with colleagues across the business, from senior management to individual contributors, to provide product expertise and deliver solutions. You'll also be able to demonstrate: Leadership capabilities to own programmes of work, and to coach and develop other team members A high level of commercial awareness An action-orientated, self-starting approach Excellent storytelling skills to articulate your product vision and objectives, confident influencing at all levels Strong problem-solving ability and a creative approach to finding solutions Advanced data skills to be able to analyse complex data sets The ability to work adaptably and inspire cross-functional collaboration The package We offer a basic starting salary of up to £62,000, plus a bonus of up to £8,900.
