Due to significant growth, my client, a specialist boutique recruitment consultancy supplying to the nuclear industry, is now recruiting for a strong 360 Recruiter to join them. They offer up to 40K basic, plus car allowance and working from home or hybrid options, and shares within the company.

* You understand how to connect with top talent to discuss live roles.
* You take ownership of your own workload and outputs.
* You successfully undertake business development to generate new leads.
* You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and can create a strong presence on social media.
* You can build credible relationships with both candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the Nuclear sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates.
* You have a proven track record in either the Nuclear, Petrochemical, Offshore, Oil and Gas, or Pharmaceutical sector.

* Extremely competitive basic salary of up to 40K (D.O.E.) with a car allowance and commission on top.

To be considered you need:
* To be personable with strong communication and influencing skills.
* Experience in the Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Offshore, or Pharmaceutical sector within the recruitment industry, either in permanent direct hire, contracting, or executive search.
* Proven consistent billings year on year.
* Strong business development skills and commercial acumen.
* Solution-oriented and effectively able to negotiate for a win-win outcome.
* Process-driven to ensure high quality of service and best practice.
* 2 years experience in recruitment.
