Well established independent multi discipline consultancy are looking for a Branch Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and leading a team of recruiters. This role is pivotal to their success, requiring a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment industry to include the below:
* Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of all branch activities, from client interactions to candidate placements.
* Overseeing – a busy team of successful consultants within the commercial, driving and industrial sectors.
* Business Development – To develop the business via cold-calling, visiting clients and developing the existing clientele which includes account management to include overseeing their key accounts and acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
* Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet branch goals and client demands.
* Problem Solving: Address any operational challenges promptly and effectively.
* Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing ongoing support and training.
* Performance Management: Set clear performance targets for the team, regularly review progress, and provide constructive feedback.
* Team Building: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
