We are seeking a motivated Partnerships Director to join our growing global partner and alliances team. In this role, you will be crucial in expanding our market presence through a mixture of Global and Regional Systems Integrators, technology partners, and sales referral partners, collaborating with stakeholders to grow strategic alliances and deliver mutual value. You will need to be a strategic thinker who is prepared to ‘roll their sleeves up’ and work with the team to identify partner opportunities, recruit and onboard new partners to sell and implement our software and solutions. This role necessitates strong strategic planning, negotiation skills, and a knack for identifying potential partners that align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with the ecosystem of consultants, influencers, and indirect channels – FINBOURNE’s Partners.
* Execute strategy and business plans for FINBOURNE’s Partners by segment and geography, including compelling joint value propositions and clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with key alliance sponsors.
* Contribute to revenue growth and sales pipeline via these indirect sales channels.
* Work with the sales team to drive an increased win rate as a result of improved Partner relationships.
* Work with partners to ensure their communications and joint programs/initiatives build FINBOURNE’s visibility and global presence.
* Represent FINBOURNE at external events as required.
* Accountable for performance against KPIs and reporting against KPIs.
* KPIs: Number of New Prospects introduced by 3rd parties; Number of New Sales Qualified Leads.
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience within Financial Services, including Enterprise SaaS driving partner revenue and growth in sales, business development, or partnerships.
* Understanding and history of working with the buy side and its ecosystem will be especially valuable.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a mature executive presence and a creative spirit.
* Proven ability to build mutually beneficial networks.
* Diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and providing appropriate resolutions.
* Strong capabilities in building and executing channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting pipeline & revenue plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results to executive management.
