About the Role
:
A scaffold labourer plays a crucial role in construction projects, ensuring that scaffolding structures are safely erected and dismantled. Here are some of their key duties:
1. Erecting Scaffolding: Assisting in the assembly of scaffolding structures, ensuring they are stable and secure.
2. Dismantling Scaffolding: Safely taking down scaffolding structures once they are no longer needed.
3. Inspecting Components: Checking scaffolding parts for defects or damage before use to ensure safety.
4. Transporting Materials: Moving scaffolding materials to and from the construction site.
5. Maintaining Equipment: Performing maintenance and repairs on scaffolding equipment as needed.
6. Following Safety Guidelines: Adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on site
7. These tasks require physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Role Criteria:
8. Good Comminication Skills
9. Understanding of Safety Regulations
10. Basic Construction Knowledge:
11. CSCS Card,COTTS Card
12. UK Full driving licence
