We are seeking an Apprentice to undertake business administration duties as listed below to support a team of over 50 recruitment consultants and the management team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Answer the phones and take messages
* Process timesheets
* Book staff reviews in the diary and process completed forms
* Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc).
* Set up IT and phones for new starters as well as print off starter forms. Sending starter forms to the accountant.
* Create invoices from placements forms & chase for payment if not paid on time.
* Keep the billing spreadsheets up to date
* Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc).
* Creating E-shots for marketing purposes
* Check and chase timesheets for temps and contractors
* Add clients & candidates to the database
* Create KPI reports for the business.
* Monitoring and ordering office supplies
* Any other administrative duties as required, as part of continued development

Job Details
40 hours per week – flexible across Monday – Friday
Based in Ocean Village Southampton
* 35 minutes’ walk from Southampton Central Station (or 15 minutes on a bus)
* 20 minutes’ walk from Woolston Station (or 5 minutes on a bus)
