WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll be a product owner within the Assisted and Automated Driving department with demonstrable agile delivery experience to lead and deliver Platform Services and Diagnostics for our existing and new platforms.
You will have worked in and taken a key role in dynamic delivery focused teams, be ready to try new things and have the passion for delivery needed to really drive positive change. You may currently be working in the software or another engineering domain and will have a passion for developing products and services in a collaborative way.
You will be part of a strong and competent team with complex and demanding stakeholder & supplier engagement, and your primary responsibilities will be to lead, develop, present, and get agreement on the proposals for the product development and delivery of your product in an agile way.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Product leadership for the Cyber Security Squad
2. Expert in Cyber Controls
3. Maintain a product roadmap for short, medium, and long term continuously evaluating with stakeholders and adjusting in accordance with agile methodologies.
4. Leading the development, presentation, and agreement of quarterly proposals for the product development to senior leaders across the business.
5. Ascertains and delivers objectives & requirements to the squad
6. Ensure continuous improvement of squad performance using data from tools such as JIRA
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
1. Previous experience working within a technical environment and delivery of Autosar platform services and Diagnostics.
2. Experience within engineering Product Management/ Product Development/ Product Ownership/ Engineering delivery experience
3. Knowledge of embedded systems and software
4. Experience with Agile Management software or Programme management Software
