Main purpose of role:
To provide administrative and sales support to financial advisers and their team to ensure clients receive a 5 star service from start to finish. Providing support to clients after a mortgage application has been submitted by ensuring all documents are compliant and liaising with mortgage lenders.

Monday-Friday 8.30am-6pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Checking files to ensure all documents provided are compliant, under FCA regulations
2. Liaise between lenders, solicitors, advisers and clients
3. Acting as the main point of contact for mortgage progression through to offer
4. Ensuring the products selected remain the best for our client
5. Follow up and chase Mortgage Reviews
6. Organising calls for clients due for a remortgage to retain existing business
7. Generate 5 star google reviews
Requirements:
1. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
2. Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English Language
3. Confident telephone manner
4. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and organise own workload
5. Ability to work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines
