People Solutions is seeking an exceptional individual for the role of Assistant Manager at our Telford-based Motoring Autocentre.

This full-time permanent position involves leading a team and overseeing daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What We Offer
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary ranging from £27,000 to £33,000, with an additional bonus of up to £7,100. The 40-hour workweek includes some Saturday work, but Sundays are off.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service;
* Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management and customer relationships;
* Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and improve processes;
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A strong background in retail or customer-facing industries;
* Excellent leadership and communication skills;
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change;
* Possession of a valid driving license (due to the nature of the job).
