Who are you: Our client is actively seeking a Senior Associate or a Partner to join their Leeds division and be involved at a senior level on various infrastructure schemes. For this role, you’ll need to be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and also have experience winning new business, as well as having an established client network. You will have a team behind you, however, currently they don’t have anyone running the transport side so it is a genuine opportunity to build out a team within an established business. Our client is seeking the following: 10 years construction experience- mainly within infrastructure projects and within a consultancy environment Extensive client network- mainly in the transport sector Sound knowledge on creation of cost plans/ feasibility/ tender/ loss and expense Experience working on large scale projects A motivated individual who has experience leading and mentoring a team Excellent written and spoken communication Relevant University degree- MRICS chartered Experience working the whole life cycle of a project- skilled in both pre and post contract duties Preparation and agreement of final accounts Extensive knowledge on the market conditions In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £85-105,000 per annum plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes pension, bonus and over 30 days annual leave.
