As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end process of relocation and assignment management for our employees into, across and out of the EMEA region. Working closely with internal stakeholders, HR & Tax colleagues, along with immigration lawyer partners, managing business approvals, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees moving across borders. You will provide expert advice on immigration compliance, relocation logistics, and local onboarding while delivering a high-quality experience to both the organization and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage international moves, including visa & immigration and relocation assistance.
* Advise management on the best mobility strategies to meet their organizational goals and employee needs.
* Work closely with employees to guide them through the relocation process, from pre-departure to settling into their new location.
* Ensure compliance with immigration laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers to deliver seamless support.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and best practices.
* Handle complex mobility cases and offer solutions for challenges that arise.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in global mobility, HR, and visa processes within EMEA.
* Strong understanding of immigration policies, tax regulations, and relocation services.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse, global team.
* Knowledge of HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
