We have an opportunity for an HR Professional, HR Advisor, Reward Advisor who has strengths in a variety of pay and reward activities on a long-term contract working in Bournemouth, Dorset with a hybrid working contract through 31st March 2025.
As an HR Advisor (Pay & Reward), you will be an integral and active member of the Pay and Reward project team working collaboratively with colleagues to support the delivery of the Reward and benefits transformational project in an effective and timely manner.
Candidates
1. Experience HR or Reward & Benefits
2. Reviewing policy and making recommendations
3. Ability to lead on small projects within the wider project
4. Ability to collaborate in the office (needs to live locally)
5. Very organised
6. Excellent communicator
7. Confident in presenting and sharing information with large audiences
8. Excellent team working
9. Experience of reward and recognition
10. Excellent understanding and experience of using Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products
11. Ability to translate data into charts, graphs etc to present to stakeholders
12. Fast learner and self-motivated
13. High level of resilience
14. Ability to undertake reliable research and present findings
15. Understanding of employment legislation (desirable)
16. Understanding the Equality Act 2010
Offer
1. This is an initial contract through to the end of March 2025.
2. Working via Hays on a weekly online time sheet
3. PAYE or Umbrella options
4. 1-2 days on site in Bournemouth / homeworking
5. 30 hours or 37 hours available
