We’re seeking a dedicated Outreach English Teacher to help students with complex personal challenges—such as trauma and care backgrounds—achieve success in their GCSE English studies.

Your Role
* Teach GCSE-Level English: Deliver engaging and accessible English lessons that strengthen foundational literacy and prepare students to achieve GCSE success.
* Outreach Teaching: Provide instruction in tailored, quiet environments outside the traditional classroom, offering personalised support for each student’s unique needs.
* Trauma-Informed Practices: Create a compassionate, safe learning atmosphere that addresses emotional challenges and supports students in overcoming barriers to education.
* Collaborative Support: Work alongside teaching assistants, mental health professionals, and family support workers to deliver holistic support for each student’s academic and personal growth.
Who We’re Looking For
* UK-Qualified English Teacher: A QTS-qualified teacher with experience teaching GCSE English and a commitment to innovative, inclusive education.
