* Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
* Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
* Prepare communication on behalf of the senior leadership team.
* Manage office supplies and negotiate deals with office vendors.
* Assist in organising company events or conferences.
* Manage the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
