Location: Bradford Buttershaw / Hybrid Working (2 office days / week)
Work Type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Data Administrator to join the Strategic Maintenance Planning Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers. Could this be you?

The Strategic Maintenance Planning Team is responsible for applying planned, dynamic, and predictive maintenance approaches to improve asset reliability and resilience, meet and exceed regulatory performance, and deliver cost-effective maintenance while achieving Totex benefits across the operational units.
As a Maintenance Data Administrator, you will help ensure that all operational assets have appropriate maintenance plans to ensure reliability, resilience, and sustainability, meeting customer and stakeholder expectations. This is achieved by applying the right maintenance at the right time to secure cost-efficient asset reliability.
Where You Fit In:
As our Maintenance Data Administrator, you will:
* Work with the Reliability Engineers to ensure all maintenance plans are relevant in SAP S/4Hana.
* Develop and maintain various KPIs for maintenance plans.
* Develop and build spreadsheets with Pivot tables and use Power BI for reporting.
* Participate in interpreting maintenance performance and reliability data to identify critical assets/risks and instigate repairs/replacements for long-term issue resolution.
* Conduct site visits for data collation as required.
* Interrogate corporate systems and analyze & interpret data.
* Manage & prioritize workload while maintaining effective operational relationships.
* Work collaboratively to deliver excellent performance by understanding how individual performance contributes to the team’s objectives.
What Skills & Qualifications You Will Need:
* Proficiency in SAP S/4Hana.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Power BI.
* Ability to develop macros for spreadsheet reporting.
* Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely data.
* Effective communication skills to present numerical and engineering data.
* Current valid driving license and flexibility to travel across the Yorkshire region.

* Previous experience in a commercially oriented and/or regulated environment.
* Experience in the water or wastewater sectors or within broader utilities, process, or manufacturing industries.
