Our client, a cool entertainment brand, is looking for a confident, organised, and customer-focused part-time Receptionist to join their dynamic Business Operations team in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere.
This role is 3 days per week, with occasional cover for Monday and Friday throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome and assist visitors, maintaining a professional reception area.
2. Manage mail, couriers, and office supplies.
3. Prepare meeting rooms, including equipment and catering setup.
4. Support executive assistants, office managers, and company events.
5. Assist with onboarding, health and safety checks, and access management.
6. Help foster a positive office culture through social and cultural activities.
What We’re Looking For
1. 2+ years’ experience in a receptionist role.
2. MUST have experience in the creative or media industry.
3. Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills.
4. Professional, approachable, and proactive with attention to detail.
5. Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. First Aid and Fire Warden certification is a bonus.
