Job Description
* Design and build emails across broadcast and automation campaigns.
* Utilise customer segmentation to enhance email efficiency.
* Support the Retention Manager to optimise automated flows through regular A/B testing.
* Contribute to the wider marketing strategy.
* Conduct data analysis.
* Perform A/B testing.
* Enhance customer experience.
* Manage analytics and reporting.
* Ensure coverage.
The Successful Applicant
* Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience; exceptional candidates with less will be considered.
* Experience in Ecommerce, ideally within the marketing function.
* Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous but not essential.
* Must have a keen eye for design that can be demonstrated in an interview.
* Must be committed to the long-term success of the business and able to work in a small team with a flat structure.
