MAK Jobs is recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client.
Location: Rugby
Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service?
Responsibilities:
1. Generate quotations and sales orders.
2. Process a high volume of product orders and manage sales transactions, including invoicing.
3. Handle returns and warranty claims.
4. Ensure pricing and contracts are accurate.
5. Work closely with finance, operations, engineering, and warehouse teams.
6. Produce monthly sales reports.
7. Support the sales team with operational tasks.
8. Communicate customer feedback internally to enhance service delivery.
9. Manage a high volume of emails.
10. Build relationships with existing customers.
11. Assist in arranging regular services for customers.
12. Address customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolutions are met.
13. Ensure every customer interaction contributes to a positive experience.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management that are relevant to the role.
Preferred Skills:
1. Exceptional organisational skills.
2. Strong prioritisation skills to manage your workload effectively.
3. Knowledge of inventory control and supply management.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Proficiency in IT applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
6. Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is advantageous.
7. Experience with SAP is a plus.
