We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist Administrator at Pennyfarthing Homes Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee or apprentice to develop their skills and progress in their career.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a friendly and courteous service to all employees and customers, maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area, and supporting the construction department with administrative tasks.
Key areas of responsibility will include answering office calls, greeting visitors, and directing deliveries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing stationery and refreshments, setting up meeting rooms, and providing administrative support to the Administration Manager.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English, confident verbal and written communication skills, and competent IT skills particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
