Casual Staff Coordinator
As a Casual Staff Coordinator, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and contribute to the on-going development of the business.
Reporting into the HR Manager, this role is ideal for a confident, hardworking individual, and provides the ideal opportunity to further advance in their career path with scope to be involved in HR related matters.
What you will be doing
1. Maintain and support engagement with Casual Workers
2. Ensuring our company polices are applied fairly and consistently to all casual workers
3. Advising managers on dealing with issues and concerns in relation to casual staff members
4. Supporting the Operations teams with investigating complaints from casual staff members
5. Supporting with a variety of project work
6. Assisting with company recruitment when required
7. General administration duties

What we need from you
18. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
19. Strong administration skills
20. Able to manage difficult conversations
21. Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
22. Excellent communication skills at all levels
23. Computer literate and competent at using Microsoft Office
24. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience is desirable
25. Keen interest and/or desire to learn about HR Operations
