Description
Provide PA support to assigned partners, including managing diaries, scheduling appointments, preparing weekly reports, and handling any ad hoc tasks as needed.

Deliver administrative support to assigned departments, including file management, updating the client database, scanning, photocopying, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
*
Provide accurate and efficient typing services for all departments, including correspondence, reports, tenders, letters, and accounts.
*
Attend meetings to take minutes and produce accurate records of the discussions.
*
Format complex tenders and other documents to ensure consistency and standardisation across all administrative materials.
*
Perform any other reasonable duties as required, including covering reception and facilities such as reception and switchboard, setting up meeting rooms, and stocking the kitchen.
Profile
*
Educated to Higher Level (or equivalent) with a strong pass in English.
*
Experienced in administrative or secretarial roles within a professional setting.
*
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
*
Possess strong IT skills and be comfortable using various office software.
*
Be able to work autonomously, take ownership, and ensures tasks are driven to completion.
*
Enthusiastic, proactive, with a 'can-do' attitude.
*
Used to working with digital and document management software.
