Your impact
As an HRSS Specialist at OpenText, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational excellence across our HR Shared Services Processing Centre. You’ll focus on managing and processing complex HR transactions, ensuring smooth employee experiences, particularly for our Southern Europe sub-region with a focus on France, touching on Italy and Spain. Your work will directly support the efficiency of our HR operations, making a significant impact on onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and other key HR processes. You will be an essential contributor to optimizing processes, maintaining data accuracy, and driving continuous improvement.

What you need to succeed
* Relevant, progressive experience in HR operations or within a shared services model, with a strong focus on the EMEA region - particularly expertise in French HR practices.
* Expertise in HR processes, with the ability to manage complex, time-consuming transactions and deliver consistent results.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in both English and French, with Spanish and Italian as a bonus.
* Exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience.
* A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and make recommendations for improvement.
* Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with HR systems like SAP/SuccessFactors, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field, with HR professional accreditation preferred.
