Location: Banbury
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Group HR Assistant to join our team in Banbury. Reporting to the Group HR Business Partner, you will provide vital administrative support across all HR functions, with a strong focus on training and recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of training programs.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Requirements:
Strong administrative background with proven experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CIPD or part CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
