Your Role At Rygor Group, we are looking for a proactive and engaged Sales Admin Support who can provide essential administrative support to the Sales Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. You will approach this role with a commercial mindset and will work effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processes are in place and maintained. Managing site mail by sorting, opening, distributing, and sending post accurately to employees and customers. Handling business-related speeding fines and ensuring timely resolution. Managing stationary orders for the wider team, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery. Maintaining up-to-date vehicle administration, including tasks such as tax expiry tracking, changing vehicle keepers, and updating registration books. Weekly updates of spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information. Leading office housekeeping efforts, ensuring filing and records are kept audit ready. Answering phone calls, assisting with queries, and directing them to the appropriate individuals. Providing support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed. ⚙️ Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role: Organisation – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain an efficient system to keep the office running smoothly.
