Service area: Commissioning and Partnerships
The East Riding Safeguarding Adults Board is a partnership of multi-agency professionals who work together to protect the lives of vulnerable adults.
Our members are a range of professionals from across health, social care and law enforcement, with inclusion of the community and voluntary sector and many more. We have a small support team who work across the partnership and this role is pivotal to that team. The role itself is to provide a high level of administration support which will include the preparation of agendas, minutes and other key documents, minute-taking at full board meetings and other meetings and liaison with members to follow up on actions.
You will also be able to be flexible and creative in contributing to a number of other areas of work which may include the design and update of the website, creation of newsletters, creating articles for social media and assisting with the board's annual report.
Benefits include a generous pension scheme and annual leave entitlement. There is the opportunity to work from your own home as well as within a comfortable office-based work environment.
Hours can be flexible and there are opportunities for further training and development.
If you have strong admin skills, attention to detail and are able to work creatively to carry out a range of tasks using your own initiative then we would like to hear from you.
